Note: Radius Management Services, Inc. reserves the right to conduct criminal background testing as well as random drug testing to ensure the safety of all employees within the facility.

The use, possession, or being under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol while on Company time is prohibited and will result in disciplinary action up to and including discharge. If offered a position, a pre-placement drug test would be required in addition to any subsequent physical examinations at the company's sole discretion.
